We offer a 30-day return policy on most items based on manufacturer return policies. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty and we make no additional or independent warranty. Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Most memory, and all Sony products cannot be returned or exchanged. For those products, you must contact the manufacturer for any defect or exchange claims.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to A Plus Computer Products within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, all manufacturer warranties apply. All defective returns will be refunded, credited or exchanged. Defective returns that are not exchanged for the identical product will be charged a flat $8.95 restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns may be accepted directly by A Plus Computer Products within 14 days from the invoice date. All non-defective, opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 14 days after the invoice date of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, software and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Upon approval, A Plus Computer Products, Inc. will send you an email with an RMA number and return instructions within five business days. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA Number.

When credit is requested A Plus Computer Products, Inc. will credit the same method payment used to place the order.
