Shipping your order:

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and DHL ground transports for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States unless faster delivery is requested prior to shipment.  All shipping fees quoted or listed can changes without notice as we are not in control of carrier increases.  Please make sure to verify shipping fees if you have concerns.

If using PayPal for payment options, we will ONLY ship to confirmed address shown in your PayPal account. We DO NOT ship to other addresses such as drop shipments using PayPal. Please call us if you need to drop ship or send to unconfirmed addresses. 

International orders:

All international shipping will require customs documentation to be filled out prior to shipping your item.  We are designing a form to help, you as the customer, have a ready form to fill out for shipping internationally.  We are not responsible for incorrect information given to us and shipment is returned.

Oversized Product:

Common Carrier transportation is provided for domestic or international shipments as well for oversized product that will not ship through normal carriers.  In these instances, our shipping agent or sales associate will contact you to quote shipping costs and schedule delivery.  If you have a common carrier that you use to pick up oversized orders, please let

Your items are professionally packed and checked again against orders to verify contents of the package prior to shipping. We value our reputation in the industry as being diligent and strive to keep the high standards of good customer service.

If you have a shipping company you use regularly, please inform our sales staff when placing your order. We try to accommodate each customer and their preferences, to make the purchasing smooth and hassle-free.

Returns:

Please use our Request RMA button above on the header to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The process is very simple and required before you send product back to us so that we can process your order when recieved.
